Reservation and Cancellation Policy

50% Deposit is required to Reserve a Room or Rooms.
Reservations will be held for seven (7) days without deposit.
If the 50% deposit is not paid, the room reservation will be released.
The balance of the payment for the room is due fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival.
Tres Mujeres Boutique Hotel will send you an invoice.
Failure to pay the Balance Due could result in cancellation of reservation.

We have two night minimum stay on weekends.
Three day or less Rental: Payment in Full.
Rooms are limited, so please be prompt with your reply.
Confirmation is based on deposit.

Extra Bed: $30 per night
Friendly Dog Charge: $30 per dog, one time charge
Refundable Key Deposit: $20
We are a small hotel in a rural community and people book far in advance.
We turn many people away once a room is paid for.
~ Cancellations require forty five (45) days or more notice prior to date of arrival for refund, minus 20% restocking fee.
~ Please note that Holiday cancellations require FOUR month notice and are also subject to 20% cancellation fee.
~ All cancellation requests must be made by email. Please send your cancellation to using “Cancellation Request” in the Subject line.
~ Should you be forced to postpone your vacation, the original deposit paid to the hotel may be transferred to another date (minus a $50 surcharge) within four months of the original date, provided that the request for a transfer of dates be made thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival, subject to room availability and subject to any additional charges due to changes in room rates.
~ No transfers will be permitted for Reservations booked for the Christmas, New Year, or Easter /Semana Santa.
